Vinification: the grapes are harvested when fully ripe from the middle of October. After a maceration of 12 days and the wine is drawn off clean is immediately put into barrels for aging. The aging period lasts 12 mesi. After this process the wine is bottled will rest at least one year before to be placed on the market.

Wine characteristics: balanced wine, with violet reflections, fresh and intensive perfume of ripe fruit, liquorice and vanilla. A classic wine for the meat.
